貴店が正規代理店であるかどうかが問題ではないのです。貴店が取り扱っている商品に問題があるのではないかと聞いているのです。貴店は他店に比べ発送がとても早くて助かっています。できれば、今後も購入したいと考えていますが、前回や今回と同じような商品を送られてきては困るのです。今後の対応を聞かせてください。
