朝のお勤めも体験でき、知恩院のすぐそばに泊まれるとのことで興味があり申し込んでみました。
お部屋の写真があまりなかったのでどういう設備なんだろう・・・と少しドキドキしながら到着しましたが、ついてびっくりの高級感！加湿器まで用意してあって至れりつくせりでした。
場所はバス停からもすぐ近く、知恩院境内から入ってすぐの坂の途中。三門の目の前です。
祇園の町中にあるので、観光にも何かと便利、青蓮院や八坂神社なども歩ける距離にあるので
チェックイン後ぶらりと観光も楽しめました。
Experience of the morning prayer service, and a stay right beside Chion-in temple attracted me to book this place.
I'd seen few photos of it and wondered what the facilities were like … , so I arrived a little anxiously. But it was surprisingly luxurious! Even a humidifier was provided, and everything was well taken care of.
It's located very near the bus stop, and it's on the mid-way through the slope after entering in the compound of Chion-in. In front of Sanmon, the main gate.
It's also in Gion area and convenient for sightseeing. The tourist spots like Shōren-in temple and Yasaka shrine are within a walking distance, and I could enjoy a relaxed visit after checking in.
