ご連絡が遅れて申し訳ありません。
Agitoのレッスンの日程につきましては、どちらの日程も予定が入っており、受けることができません。
現在、他の業務で忙しく、時間を作るのが難しい状況です。
こちらの都合で申し訳ありませんが、Agitoのレッスンを受けないと言うことは可能でしょうか？
もしレッスンが必要な場合は、12月3日以降でいくつか予定を伝えて頂けますか？

I won't be able to take the those Agito's lessons because I have else plans.
