Your claims on the vintage Mcintosh equipment have been denied as two separate requests for damage photos are inconclusive and they cannot confirm the source of damage. Furthermore, our carriers will no longer consider claims on McIntosh equipment as these items are very expensive and prone to damage – any Mcintosh items shipped from this point on would be at your own risk.
