これは株式会社日本アンビスインターナショナルとしての意見ですが、万一ES細胞移植を数回投与した後、糖尿病は根治したが、腎臓の大きな回復が為されない場合、やはり腎臓移植するしかないと思います。腎臓は肝臓と違い、回復能力の高い臓器ではありません。いくら新生細胞を多く投入しようとも、既に委縮が進んだ腎臓は絶対的な回復があるかは患者の状況によって変わります。
