Hi, I just wanted to know what information you put in the description for the item? I hope that you did not put louis vuitton keepall 50, because I have not received item and it has not even left san francisco. I hope that nobody stole it. Or did you put used bag for the description? Is there insurance for this item? because I may need a refund. I know that I only have 45 days to make a claim because I don't want to lose my money. I have called I am guessing which is san fransicso but there is no other updates on this item. I am not sure of what to do at this point.
