以前、このpluginを使っていたサイトから他のサイトにライセンス移行したいのですがライセンス移行することができません。これまでpuginを使っていたサイトのライセンスは削除しました。
削除した時に以下のメッセージが表示されました。

新しいサイトでライセンスキーを入力してもエラーメッセージがでます。

サポートお願いします。なるべく速めに対応お願いします。

I would like to change the license from the previous website which I used this plugin to other website.
The previous website , I delayed the license. When I delayed it, there was a message like this.
And when I input the license key in new website , there was an error message
