商品がいまだに倉庫から出荷準備されてない理由が、どうしても理解がいかないです。商品の出荷準備が、いつできるかわからずにひたすら待つことはできません。商品の入荷予定が、わからないと販売することができないので、売上げがありません。その結果、次回の商品を支払う資金がありません。
第一希望は、弊社が送金した同じ金額を返金してください。もしくは、同じ金額分で別の商品を至急　倉庫から出荷して頂けませんでしょうか。

We don’t understand why the product has not been ready to ship from the warehouse yet. We can’t wait forever while we don’t know when the product will be ready for shipping. If we don’t know when products come in, we can’t sell them, so we have no sales. As a result, we have no capital to pay for the next order.
What we want is to refund the money we sent you. Or could you please ship from the warehouse other products of the same values urgently?
