Once that is done, properly seal the package and write your RMA Number on the outside of the package with a black marker/sharpie so that my warehouse manager will know where to direct the package. Your RMA Number will be JB08092011. Please note and understand that your package will NOT be received if you did not ship back everything that was sent to you and/or if you do not have your RMA Number visibly displayed on your package.
