We would like to apologize about the product's screen display glitch. In order to return your product, you will first need to make sure you include everything that was shipped to you. This includes: the original packaging, the actual product, manuals/instructions, and any other pieces associated with your product. Once you gather all the contents of the package place them in the original packing and include a copy of your Amazon Order I.D. Number and a written plan of action you would like us to take in regards to the return.
