I find this VERY hard to believe! The packing job was SUBERB on your Amp, the Post Office must have REALLY dropped this item very hard. This is why you have insurance, in case anything goes wrong in shipping, once I drop it off at the Post Office it is out of my control to take care of it. You will have to take photo's of the item and how it was when you first opened the package, this is what the post ofiice requires. We will submit a claim and then the post office will issue the refund check plus shipping. Please start on your end and I will find out tomorrow what else we have to do to get your insurance claim refund. Why has it taken so long for you to email me,you should have received your Amp last Saturday
