私は○○で携帯電話を購入したが送られてきたものは全て
注文品とは異なるものだった。
私は代替品を送るように要求したが彼らはこれを無視した。

I asked the shop to send me the replacement, however they have ignored my request and just told me to return the products they sent me then I will get refund. So, I returned all the products to the address they directed, and I still don't get my money back even though it's obvious that the products I returned were already delivered as the tracking number indicated. They still keep ignoring my refund request so far.
