#ebayで購入経験があり、更に追加で購入したい場合
はじめまして。私は日本で輸入品の販売業者をしています。
今回(以前)、ebayで商品を落札させていただきました。
更に追加購入をしたいのですが、もし宜しければ値引きをしていただくことは可能でしょうか？
直接取引をさせていただければ、あなたはebay手数料を支払う必要もありませんし、
私もその分安く購入ができると考えています。ご検討いただければ幸いです。

間違ってもNice to meet you.と書いたりしないで下さいね。
メールでのやり取りで実際に会っているわけではありませんので。

日本語のように、「初めまして(Nice to meet you)」と書き出すことはありません。また、いきなり「My name is～」と書くのもオススメ出来ません。カジュアルな印象を与えてしまうためです。

実際に対面で会うよりオンラインで接するだけの方が多くなった現在ではこういう表現も使われています。その一文にこだわる前に肝心なビジネスの内容がきちんと伝わるように頑張ってください。
私はNice to meet youで始まるビジネスレターをまだ見たことがないです。かなりくだけていて、in formalなイメージがします。文書にはある程度のパターンがあり、慣例に従わないと、教養のないイメージを与えます。最初の一文にこだわるのもとても大事です。ただし、過小評価があったので、☆を5つつけておきます。報復はご勘弁ください。
