弊社の担当者から次のような回答ありました。Sさんがパースを訪問されてA社のCさん、Dさんと打合せをした際、Sさんからは「本件は持ち帰り、関係部署の意見を確認して回答する」と伝えたのみで、先方の要請を承認してはいないとのことでした。Cさんにその旨回答してください。

それに加え、貴方の言うとおり、契約は両者のサインにより締結されない限り無効だと思いますので、その点もCさんに伝えて頂けますと幸いです。

The man in the charge said following answer. When Mr.S visited purse and consulted with Mr.C and Mr.D of A company, Mr.S said that we will get back this case ,check the opinions with involved department, and reply correct answer and doesn't confirm the request by counterpart. Please tell it Mr.C.
