3. Is there some way to change the delivery of this article to an UK address? I would like to assess the change of importation country to United Kingdom instead to Spain. Perhaps this would make cheaper the importation process. 4. Please do ask to the parcel company to provide another customs broker in order to lower the importation charges.
This camera does not power on and is not operational. The camera was purchased for my son who was out of town until 6/28 ( yesterday), which is when I gave it to him. He previously owned a VX1000, so he is familiar with sony vx cameras. We've confirmed that the battery is charged, so it isn't as simple as a dead battery. Please advise on how to remedy this.
