では3:30 PM – 4:00 PMでお願い致します。
また、弊社では本格的な検討に入るまではNDAは締結しない方針となっておりますので、
今回はお話いただける範囲内でMtgをさせていただきたいと考えております。

Thank you very much for your feedback regarding to the meeting schedule with ABC.
We would like to set the timing between 3:30pm and 4:00pm.
As our policy says we do not bind NDA till the we really need to discuss in more detail, for this meeting we would like to discuss just in the range of what you can disclose without NDA.
