もっちりした生地で求肥を包んだ、その名もAYUというお菓子が大好きです。

I did tea ceremony as the after school activity when I was a high school student, but I don't remember much about it.
I remember we had Japanese trout (AYU) shaped sweets during this season.
That is called "AYU" whose sticky dough wraps Turkish paste. I like it very much.
I will work hard to introduce more lovely items in the future.
