今日eBayのアドバイス通り、PayPalの問題解決センターで異議を提出しました。その後すぐにPayPalに電話し、配送中の事故だと伝えたところ、eBayのGlobal Shipping Programでの配送なので、PayPalですべて処理してくれると言われ安心しました。お互いに問題なく解決できそうです。

As advised by eBay today, I have submitted an argument to the problem resolution center of PayPal. I immediately phoned PayPal after that and when I told them on the accident during the delivery, I was relieved when they told me that it was shipped using the Global Shipping Program of eBay so PayPal will be handling everything. There are no problems from both end and it seems to have been resolved.
