eBay shipping経由で国際配送された商品の件です。到着前に日本の国際配送センターから電話があり、開封すると破損していたと言われました。私の所に到着後確認したところ、破損していました。セラーには連絡済みです。どこで破損したのかわかりませんが、初めてのケースなので、今後どのような処理をすればよいのか詳しく教えていただけますか。よろしくお願いします。

Before I received the package, I had received a call from its Japanese carrier. They said that the product had been damaged when they opened the package. I have already informed this issue to the seller. I have no idea when the product got damaged, but will you advise what actions should I take on this issue? Thank you.

When I verified the package after its arrival, it was damaged. I have already informed this issue to the seller.
