確認させてもらいたいのですが、AAによりA社でなくC社に責任が生じるのは、AAが有効である期間に限られるのでしょうか？我々が懸念しているのは、C社が活動を終え、AAが終了した後に、過去のC社の活動が原因となって環境問題等が生じる場合です。ご存知だと思いますが、環境問題は時間が経ってから生じる場合があります。このような場合にもA社が責任を負わないような方法はありますか？

I would like to make confirmation. Is it limited to the valid period of AA that C company but not A company is accountable under the AA.
What we concern is that the environmental issues resulting from the past activities of C company after completing their portion and AA is expired.
As you might know, the environmental issues may be arisen after elapsing certain times. Is there any way that the A company will not be liable for even such situation will be arisen?
