we can do $180 + shipping for the X hot golf bag.
Domestic shipping is about $20
International express shipping to Japan is about $50 ~ $60
Priority mail is cheaper, but It takes about 3 weeks to deliver.

As for the customized putter order.
Please check the order example, This is how other vendors order from us.

we can do each custom putter for $440 with 2014 or 2012 model.
you can give us your own design logo or use the one we have.
Original grip and Head cover is included,
you can also change the grip and head cover to c911 or scotty cameron customshop.

特注品のパターについてですが、見本をご確認ください、これは他の販売店様が私どもに注文したものです。

私どもは2014年か2012年モデルについて特注品のパターをそれぞれ＄440でお作りします。そちら様のデザインロゴをご提供頂くことも出来ますし、私どものを使うことも出来ます。
既成のグリップとヘッドカバーは料金に含まれていますが、C911かスコッティ　キャメロン　カスタムショップに変更することも出来ます。
