I show it was shipped last week but USPS is not giving me any updating on the tracking so I will have to file a claim

It is not necessary to be sorry. We have done some business. Now, it has become troublesome for us. We hold things, you cancel. You order, you cancel. We give you pricing you ask for, then it is too expensive. I am glad you have other sources. It is best if you continue to go to them. It is not working out for us. We are spending more time giving you prices and it has been over 2 months since you ordered.

謝る必要はありません。取引をしてきた間柄です。しかし、我々にとって厄介な話になりつつあります。話がまとまったのに、キャンセル。オーダーしたかと思えば、キャンセル。値付けに応じたのに、高すぎるという。ほかの取引先をお持ちだのことで、私たちは安心しました。今後も他と取引できればそれがベストではないでしょうか。私たちは耐えられません。値段交渉に時間がかかっていますし、注文から２ヶ月も経っています。
