私達は香港への配送経験がありません。今回このようにキャンセルしたのは申し訳ございません。理由としては中国本土への配送の際にトラブルがあり、今回原因含めて調査するまでは配送を中止させてもらうことにしました。
今回上記のような理由も含めて配送できず申し訳ありません。


配送期間や国に届くまでの障害については各国ともに違うのでこちらから正確には言えませんが、10日以内にはEMSで配送した場合は届くと思います。追跡番号も付随します。

The reason is that we have experience of trouble to ship items to China, so we decline to ship items to Hong Kong until we finish investigation of the reason behind of that trouble.

Although we cannot tell definitely about delivery duration and problems to ship items to each country because it depends on delivery service system of each country, but it takes within 10 days when shipped by EMS. The tracking number is also attached.
