Company has the responsibility to assist Agent in sake of successfully having Agent conduct
Agent Works in good faith and smooth corroboration between parties is highly appreciated
therefore Company acknowledges Company also has the duty including but not limited
to the following works(hereinafter referred to as the “Company Works”)


5.1 Company shall, free of charge furnish the information, documents and material quotations, which shall be totally correct and promptly, required by Agent to perform
the AgentWorks under this Agreement

5.2 Company, by its sole discretion will provide the necessary training to Agent’s personal in order to understand or update detail of the Service.

会社は、代理者をサポートする責任がある。それは、代理者のふるまいを成功させるという目的のためだ。
代理者が誠実に働くこと、そして当事者同士が円滑に協力しあうことが特に望まれる。したがって会社は、以下の業務（今後「会社業務」の呼称を使うもの）を含み、またそれに限られない責務を負うことがわかっている。

5.1 会社は、代理者が業務遂行のために要求する情報、書類、原材料の見積もりを無償で供給する。その内容にはひとつも間違いがなく、また供給は迅速に行われる。

5.2 会社は、その裁量権限内で、業務（サービス）内容の詳細を理解してもらい、アップデートするために必要な訓練（トレーニング）を代理者側の要員に対して行う。
