I am sorry to let you know that I have not received this item.
I received a dispatch email 4 weeks ago and today is the last day of your estimated delivery. Monies were taken from my bank account at that time.
I would be grateful if you would please advise as soon as possible.
I am extremely disappointed as I have used Amazon for the majority of my purchases for the last 8 years and have never been let down before.
