LAの件に関し、先方から修正案を受領しました。
先方の修正案につき我々が懸念している点は５条のBAについての取扱いです。
昨年LAと打ち合わせた際は「A社が100%の権益を取得した後はBAの操業は止める」との話でした。しかし、今回相手方は意見を変えてきており、「100%権益取得後も操業は続けたい。遅くとも契約締結時までに、操業のための条件を示してほしい」と打診してきました。

Regarding LA, we have received an amendment from the other party.
What we are concerned about this amendment right now is its Article 5, which deals with BA.
When we talked with LA last year, they said "We will stop running BA, once Company A has acquired 100% interest."
However, the other party has changed their mind this time, stating that "We would like to continue running BA, even after Company A has acquired 100% interest. We'd like you to reveal the conditions for running BA no later than when the contract is signed off."
