What you call responsible range is a case that concerns a damaged item in transit in which it is altered in form after being shipped. That is an accident. The scratches on the lens I pointed out to you, however, were not caused during transit. It had numerous scratches, fungus, and hazes BEFORE it was shipped. This clearly contradicts your product description. That is why I’m asking you to accept this return.
