4.1 Before Buyer receives confirmation of the order from the Seller, the Buyer can change the details of an Individual Sale Agreement or cancel the order by notifying such change in writing to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer will not be liable for any damage which may occur to the Seller.
4.2 After the Buyer receives the confirmation of the order, if the need has arisen to change the details of an Individual Sales Agreement, the Seller and the Buyer shall promptly notify the other party to such effect and may change of the details of such Individual Sale Agreement by having consulted with the other party.

4.1　乙が甲からの注文確認を受領する以前であれば、乙は、書面を郵便書簡、ファックス、或いはEメールで送付することによって個別売買契約の詳細変更、或いは注文を取消すことができる。乙は、この様な方法による個別売買契約の詳細変更や注文の取り消しによって発生しうる甲の損失に対する補償義務は無い。

4.2　乙が甲から注文確認を受領した後に、甲、或いは乙が、個別売買契約の詳細を変更する必要性が発生した場合、変更の必要性を有する甲、或いは乙は直ちに乙、或いは甲に同売買契約の変更に関する詳細を話し合いにより伝えなければならない。
