私はまだベトナムに荷物を送ったことはありません。
荷物が日本にあれば私が対応しますがベトナムに荷物が着いている場合はお客様のほうから直接税関にお問い合わせ頂くことになります事をご了承下さい。
荷物は日本の郵便局からEMSで発送します。もちろんトラッキングナンバーも付けておりますのでその辺はご安心下さい。
