私はまだベトナムに荷物を送ったことはありません。
荷物が日本にあれば私が対応しますがベトナムに荷物が着いている場合はお客様のほうから直接税関にお問い合わせ頂くことになります事をご了承下さい。
荷物は日本の郵便局からEMSで発送します。もちろんトラッキングナンバーも付けておりますのでその辺はご安心下さい。

I have never sent any packages to Vietnam.
If the package was in Japan, I could service you, but in case the package arrived in Vietnam, I'm afraid you would have to acknowledge the need to deal with the customs directly by yourself.
I send out items through Japanese Post, by EMS. Of course, a tracking number is included in it, so it's safe in this respect.
