He might try removing and reinstalling the wheel.If the wheel moves but just continually goes around without stopping until the error condition occurs, one of the magnets may be missing from the wheel. He could visually inspect to confirm that there is a magnet in each of the 1/8” diameter holes indicating the eight filter positions (next to the engraved numbers) and only one magnet in the H, G, or F holes.With his confirmation that the wheel is not the fault we can further investigate the IFW mechanism itself. It might be better for us to perform the repair under warranty.
