I understand that you want to know how to proceed on case filed by your buyer.
I reviewed this case and the buyer indeed fixed the problem on the item however would like to get a refund maybe perhaps on the cost for fixing the item. You may want to send them another email to get this clarified.
As part of our effort I also contacted seller for you informing them to clarify their request to get this case resolved.
Case will be closed by February 27, 2104 and if buyer wont respond by this date the case will close and you will no longer be held liable. The funds will be released after case is closed as well.I hope this information helps on the request of the buyer. They have been contacted as well.

貴店が購入者からの申し立てにどのように対応したら良いのかを知りたいことは理解しました。この申し立てに付き調査をした結果、購入者は本当に商品の問題を修理していますが、多分修理にかかった費用の返金を貴店にしていただきたいと思っているようです。
貴店は、この予想を明確にするために購入者にもう一回Eメールを送ることができます。
弊社の努力の一環として、貴店に商品に販売をした販売者に連絡し、この問題を解決するために貴店が要求している事を伝えました。本申し立ては2月27日までに収拾するつもりです。また、購入者がその日までに返信しなければ、本件は収束し、貴店はそれ以上責任を問われることは在りません。貴店の資金もまた本件が収束した後に解放されます。この情報が購入者の要求解決に役立てれば幸いです。弊社は購入者にもまた連絡をしてきました。
