法改正があり、１１月ごろから急に荷物の発送に関して厳しくなったそうです。
転送業者が言うには、売り手に返送するか、EIN番号を提出するか、廃棄するかしかできないと言ってます。
楽しみにしていたカメラを受け取れず、しかも廃棄されるとなるとショックで眠れません

Sorry to keep bothering you.
I am at a loss and I can only request it with you.
There is a legal law revision and it seems to be stricter for sudden shipment of packages starting from November.
The shipping agent mentioned that it is possible to either return it to the seller, submit the EIN number or be discarded.
I was looking forward and won't be able to obtain the camera and I am in shock and could not sleep knowing that it might get discarded.
I am paying a $300 nuisance fee to you so please help me by all means necessary.
I understand that this is a selfish request.
