商品の発送についてご連絡いたします。

実は、商品発送前の検品時に我々が在庫していたベースに不具合がある事がわかりました。
メーカーのT社から別の新しいベースを手配し発送するため、商品の発送が
1月下旬頃になる予定です。
お届けが遅くなり大変申し訳ございません。
商品発送のトラッキングナンバーが分かりましたら、追ってご連絡いたします。

I am contacting you regarding the product shipping.

Honestly, we found out that there is a problem with the base in our stock when we did the inspection prior to the shipping.
And we have arranged for the maker, company T, to ship a new base, so the shipping of the product would be schedule to the 2nd half of January.
We are very sorry for postponing the delivery.
We will make a follow up with you once we know the shipping tracking number for the product.
