御社の商品はとても興味深く、既に何度も購入させていただいています。

しかし、購入時に何度かキャンセルが発生しているため、その解決方法に
ついて相談させてください。

キャンセルのメールには、「請求先住所が違う」と書いてあったため、
Paypal や Visa に住所を確認しました。しかし、特に間違いがあるように
思えませんでした。
可能であれば、具体的に間違い箇所をご指摘いただけませんでしょうか？

I have purchased from you couple of times because your goods are interesting.
However, there are some cancels of my orders so please let me help for it.

In the notice of the cancellation, it says "billing address is wrong" so I confirmed with Paypal and Visa but I couldn't find the mistake.
If possible, could you please tell me what is wrong for the cancellations.
