After looking into this further with our couriers, it does appear it may have been stolen from the location the driver advised it was left. Unfortunately we can not send out a replacement parcel without taking another payment, and I have therefore issued a full refund for you. Please note it may take 7-10 working days before the funds appear in your account.

We have addressed this matter with our couriers and to help prevent this issue from occurring in the future, we have asked that they obtain a signature on future deliveries. If someone will not be available to sign for the parcel when it arrives, please also include delivery instructions when placing the order, as this will be passed directly to them.

この件に関して運送業者と調査したところ、ドライバーが小包を置いたという場所から盗まれたようだということがわかりました。残念ながら、もう一度お支払いいただかないと代わりの品物をお送りできないので、お客様に全額返金させていただきました。お客様の口座に反映されるまで7-10営業日かかることがありますのでご了承ください。

このようなことが再発することを防ぐため、運送業者と対策を行いました。これからの配送については署名をいただくことをお願いしました。もし配送時に署名していただける受取人がいらっしゃらない場合は、ご注文の際に配達の指示をお書きください。そのまま運送業者に伝達させていただきます。
