Although you have been claiming that the item you have received is different from the item description, I believe what you have claiming is wrong.
The item I shipped has been exactly same one indicated in the item description at eBay. I have never posted the images and description different from the actual item. I could say that your claim of receiving different item is because your personal preference.
Also, the description for the import taxes and duties is clearly indicated as the responsibility of a buyer. Could you verify it before you have purchased?
