お問い合わせありがとうございます。郵便局で調査してもらいましたが、トラックナンバーがないため商品の所在は不明とのことでした。また、商品については既に発送してから1カ月経っているので、郵便局に保管されており、私どもに返却されるのでないかとのことでした。あさって、同一の商品をもう一度発送しますので、正しい住所をお知らせください。なお、今回の発送は、トラックナンバーつきでお送りしたいと考えています。発送しましたら、到着予定日とトラックナンバーをお知らせします。よろしくお願いします。

Also, as one month has already elapsed since shipment of the merchandise, it is in the custody of the post office or is being returned to me.
