Heat loss means electric power recuired to keep hot plate temperature constant 30C.Sureface temperature of fabric is measured using thermocouple of K type with 0.2mm diameter.Surface temperature is measured at three different points within fabric plane,and the temperature at the center of fabric is used for the analysis as representative temperature of surface.Fig3 shows the schematic diagram of signal processing.The output signal of heat loss from Thermo Labo Ⅱand temperature signal from thermocouple were recorded using data logger at time interval 10s,and the time series data obtained was analyzed using personal computer.

熱損失があるということはホットプレートを30度に保つための電力が必要であることを意味する。繊維の表面温度は直径０．２ｍｍのK型熱伝対で測定する。温度は繊維表面上の異なる3点で測定し、そのうち繊維中央での値を解析のための表面代表温度として採用する。　図３は信号処理方法を示す概念図である。Thermo　Labo　IIからの熱損失信号と熱伝対の温度は10秒間隔ごとに自動計測器で測定し、得られた経時変化データーはパソコンによって分析した。
