2個めのカメラについては、バイヤーが1個目のカメラが到着した後、彼から品名を指定して購入のリクエストをしてきました。彼からのメールでは、1個めのカメラに満足したので、2個目を頼みたいという内容でした。私は画像を彼に見せて、彼はカラーを選択し、私に注文しました。
こちらは明らかにバイヤーのミスです。
私は返金に応じる代わりに返品を要求しましたが、バイヤーから、異常に高額な送料を要求されています。これはバイヤーの違反行為であると考えます。

With regards to the 2 cameras, I requested the buyer to specify the product name and make the purchase after the arrival of the 1st camera. In his email, since he was satisfied with the 1st camera, he was requesting for the contents of the 2nd one. I showed the images to him and let him select the camera and make an order through me.
This is clearly a miss of the buyer.
I requested him to return the product for me to issue a refund to him, but the buyer is asking for an unreasonable high shipping amount. We can assume this is a violation of the buyer.
