If you believe that you shouldn't have been held responsible for the claim, submit an appeal to the claims team to reconsider the decision following the next steps:

1) Within the Performance tab in your Seller Central Account, click A-to-z Guarantee Claims.
2) The default view is for claims with “Action Required,” please select the option “Resolved: Option to Appeal”
3) On the following page a button will appear on the right to “Appeal decision”.

shouldn't have been held responsible for　←　これ、日本語にしづらいですね。えいや、って、責任はないはずとお考えなら、とか、責任を取るのはおかしいとお考えなら、などと言ってしまっていいですよ。

英語をそのまま書くのは、ｘｘと書いてあるボタン、のように、その文字そのものが重要な場合です。Action Requiredを要求するもの、って、action required の意味が分からなかったら分からないですね。
