在庫切れのため注文をキャンセルさせていただいたのですが、こちらの手違いでした。
在庫切れではなくつい先日、そちらに商品の発送をしております。
ただし注文自体はこちらの方からキャンセルさせていただいるため、料金の請求はありません。

以下２つどちらかの対応をお願いできないでしょうか。

①再度同じ値段で注文をしていただく。こちらを選んでいただいた場合、後ほど注文するための商品ページのリンクをお送りいたします。

②商品の受け取り拒否をしていただく。拒否していただいたあとはこちらに返送されます。

We canceled order because it was out of stock. Is it our mistake?
It is not out of stock, but we sent the product to you a couple of days ago.
But we canceled the order, and we don't request payment.

Would you be cooperative enough to select one of the followings?

① You order at the same price again. If you select it, we will send a link of the product page for the order you make later.

② You refuse acceptance of the product. If you refuse it, it will be returned to us.
