お問い合わせありがとうございます。お客様には、9月30日に日本郵便のSAL便に発送しておりますが、現時点で到着していないのであれば、郵便局が紛失したと考えられます。本日、速達便(EMS)で同じ商品を送らせていただきます。7日後ぐらいには到着すると思いますが、もう少し待っていただけないでしょうか。お待ちいただけるようでしたら、発送後トラックナンバーをお知らせします。
なお、11月15日以降であれば、お客様から返金の要求も可能です。
よろしくご検討のほど願います。

Thank you for contacting us. We have shipped out the product via Japan Post Co. Economy Air (SAL) on Sep. 30th, but if you have not received the product yet, it is more likely that the post office have lost it. We will ship out the same product via Express Mail Service (EMS) today. The delivery will probably take about 7 days. Is it possible for you to wait for the product? If it is possible, we will let you know the tracking number as soon as we send out the product.
If you would like to request a refund, that is also available after Nov. 15th.
