先ほどご指定のメール先へPAYPALより手続きしようとしましたが、やはり
ウクライナへの送金は不可となり、決済ができない状況です。PAYPALでの手続きを希望しますので、不可であれば、申し訳ありませんが、キャンセルさせていただければと考えております。よろしくお願い致します。

I tried to complete the procedure to the mail address you mentioned by PayPal, but again I found out it's impossible to send money to Ukraine and can't finish this transaction. I'd like to make a payment by PayPal, so if PayPal can't be accepted for this transaction, please let me cancel it.
