yes Putters built at Tour Center has no serial # and No ID Band.. but once it is ordered or requested from a PGA Member..the ID Band is assigned and put on...

I don't understand your concern. The flags were signed inperson at the tournament like the photos show in the listing. I don't know which websites you are looking at but you have nothing to worry about.

You emailed me to say my products were of interest in Japan and wanted to do business with me so I don't understand why there is any problem now. II hope you can see that we only see authentic autographs.
