Hi I purchased your rc godzilla and had all the problems with it. The sound does not work on the godzilla. When you turn it on it goes by itself and the remote control that I had to buy separately since it was not in my box does not work with the piece either so you basically sold me a defective item. You said it was in complete working order. I have had nothing but a headache with this piece that I purchased from you. Why does the sound not work and why does it operate by itself and the remote does nothing? I would like an answer or I will have to leave negative feedback for you and file a paypal claim against you.

こんにちは、先日そちらでリモコンゴジラを購入したんですが問題ばかりあります。
音も出ません。本体のスイッチを入れても、別で購入する事になったリモコン（セットになってなかったため）でやってみても動きません、不良品を売ったということでしょうか？
そちらがきちんと動くということだったので、購入しましたが今となっては頭痛の種でしかありません。どうして音が出ないのでしょうか、どうして本体だけ勝手に動いてリモコンが効かないのでしょう？お答えをいただけない場合、ネガティブなフィードバックを残しペイパルにもそちら宛のクレームを出さなければと思います。
