私は、以前この商品を購入した者ですが、パッケージに”このアイテムが有資格内科医、脊椎指圧師によって使用される事になっている”と書かれた説明書が入っていました。
この商品が有資格者のライセンスを受けたというコピーを送って頂く事は可能ですか？
その前にも購入した事がありますが、その時はこのような説明書は入っていませんでした。何故でしょうか？

I previously purchased this product. The manual said that, "this product is to be used by a qualified physician or chiropractor".
Have I been sent a product copy that was meant for licensed practitioners?
With previous purchases, I didn't receive instructions stating this. Why is that?
