アイテムの送り主は10月4日発送したが、USPが手配を進めなかったという趣旨のことを言っています。
このパッケージを明日午前11までに届けて欲しいです。可能ですか？
最低でも11日の11時までに届くように手配して下さい。

しかしUSPは昨日パッケージが発送されたと言っています。
どちらが正しいのですか？
この注文だけで３回の発送ミスがありました。
到着が大幅に遅れたので、3枚のラグは返品するかもしれません。
