こちらのミスで間違った商品を送ってしまった事をお詫びします。
返品の手続きですが、
①最寄りの税関にて返品のため、輸入税の払い戻しの申請をしてください。
②返品住所を記載したメールを送信させていただきます。
③返品先住所に「返品商品」として返送をお願いします。
④商品の発送伝票の写真を撮り、メールで送ってください。
④商品が到着しましたら、返品送料、送料、商品代金を返金させていただきます。
大変、お手数をお掛けしますが、よろしくお願いします。

Please follow the following steps in order to return the product.
1. Please apply for the custom duty refund at the closest customhouse.
2. We will email you with return address.
3. Please return the item to the return shipping address with "Return Product" Label on the package.
4. Please take a picture of the shipping label and email it to us.
5. When we received the item back and confirm it, we will refund send you a refund (return shipping fee, shipping and what you paid for the product).
