私は過去に納品した商品点数と受け取りが確認された商品点数に大きなギャップがあったことに驚いています。
特定の発送に限らずほぼ毎回ずれが生じていることは見逃せない問題です。
当社は商品を発送する前に納品個数については3回のチェックを行っています。
ご存知のようにこの納品個数のズレについての調査を依頼しましたが、ずれが認められたケースもあれば却下されたケースもあります。
この問題についてどのような対策が取れるのでしょうか？少額の商品ならまだしも高額な商品が無くなることは致命的です。
